1.3. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The shipping fees may vary based on the shipping method selected, order value, and destination.

1.4. Shipment Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your package.

1.5. International Shipping: We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Please note that additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may be imposed by your country's customs authorities. 2.1. General Returns Policy: We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely happy with your eyeglasses frames, you may return them within [Return Period] days of the original purchase date, subject to the conditions outlined below.

2.2. Returns Eligibility: Please note that due to the customized nature of lenses, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for lenses unless they are faulty. However, we are committed to resolving any lens-related issues promptly and satisfactorily. If you encounter any problems with your lenses, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

2.3. Return Conditions: To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met: a. The eyeglasses frames must be in their original condition, unworn, and free from any damage or alterations. b. The original packaging, including all accessories and documentation, must be included with the return. c. The return must be initiated within the specified return period.

2.4. Return Procedure: To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

a. Contact our customer service team to notify us of your intent to return and provide your order details.

b. Our customer service representative will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization number (RMA).

c. Pack the eyeglasses frames securely in the original packaging or a suitable box to prevent damage during transit.

d. Include the RMA number and a copy of your original purchase receipt in the return package.

e. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service representative. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your protection.

f. Once we receive and inspect the returned frames, we will process the refund or exchange, as per your preference and our returns policy.

2.5. Refund and Exchange:

a. Refunds: If your return meets the eligibility criteria, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

b. Exchanges: If you would like to exchange your eyeglasses frames for a different style or size, please indicate your preference during the return process. If the requested item is available, we will ship it to you upon receiving the returned frames. If the item is unavailable, we will process a refund as described above.

2.6. Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, eyewear accessories such as lens cleaning solutions, cases, and cleaning cloths are non-returnable.
